NET-LINX PUBLISHING SOLUTIONS INC.
The top two executives of this publishing systems supplier have resigned, the company said today.
William Solimeno and Dennis Doolittle have left the company "for personal reasons." Solimeno had been the president of Net-Linx Publishing Solutions (NXPS), while Doolittle had been chief operating officer.
NXPS is the result of last year's merger between CText Inc. of Ann Arbor, Mich., System Integrators Inc. of Sacramento, and CompuText Inc. of Houston; it has offices in Ann Arbor and Sacramento. The company is a division of the German Yellow Pages software provider Net-Linx AG of Dresden, Germany.
The German parent company said that both executives had "taught the company much" in the 14 months since the merger.
Though no replacements were named, Net-Linx AG did say that Paul Dolan, a Net-Linx AG board member would "work closely" with the existing NXPS management team.
Solimeno, a longtime industry consultant, previously had been with Raytheon, Hastech and Seybold Publications; Doolittle, an engineer by training, previously had been with Monotype and Autologic Information International (where he had been president).
NXPS is on the Web at http://www.nxps.com/
