(SII), of Sacramento and CText Inc. of Ann Arbor, Mich., establishing a new division, net-linx Publishing Solutions. Net-linx AG provides publishing solutions to the Yellow Pages industry, as well as other publishing systems and now has offices in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America. Newspaper industry consultant and writer Bill Solimeno heads up net-linx Publishing Solutions as President and CEO. Larry Moore, the former chief executive office of CText will be retained as CEO, while Mike Lee, the former executive vice president of SII, will become COO of SII. Solemino said that he intends to continue to maintain existing staff and operations at both companies. Al Brunner, the former general manager for the Americas of Autologic Information International Inc. of Thousand Oaks, Calif., has been named as president of CText.
